Macaroni Cheese

500g macaroni or favorite pasta

large pit bring to boil with a teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

20 g butter

Melt til sizzling then season with mustard, salt, and pepper

add 2 tablespoons of plain flour and cook til blond and sandy

use a whisk to mix flour and 1.5 cups milk together and do til smooth

add some cheese, garlic powder and paprika stir in

add drained pasta then stirdrain pasta

add some herbs and spices and stir

then add some Korean chilli flakes on top and put under a grill for 5 to 10 mins til starts to go golden

Serve on its own or some yummy garlic brussel sprouts...
