1.5 cups Plain flour
1.5 teaspoon dried yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon caster sugar
3.4 teaspoon Bicard soda
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup to 3/4 Water as needed
20 mls or 1 tablespoon oil or metled butter
Whisk everything together until smooth and runny
Let sit for 15 to 30 mins then in a heavy based pan and oiled egg rings pour mix til almost to top, allow to rise and hopefully bubbles will form once doubled, turn down to finish cooking through
