4 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
1/2 cup hot water
2 large eggs
50mls pouring cream
1 cap of vanilla
Mix all wet ingredients together
Once smooth and thickened slightly add 1.5 cups plain flour
Whisk this through to break up lumps
Place mixture into a well greased slice tray, tap top remove air bubbles, then ad choc chips and anything else desired , macadamia nuts are nice in it, then bake for 10 to 15 mins on 160 degrees fan forces.
When you remove from oven it should be set and not gooey but still very moist.
Before it cools score through the portion sizes so easier to remove from pan and any items as toppings can readjust as it cools and not crack unattractively.
Can be frozen to store for a few weeks or fridge for a few days , but just never lasts that long in my house...
